Inspired by local producers and our guests’ desires. Our Chefs search mountain pastures and lakes for local seasonal ingredients. Each day you can choose freshwater fish from our menu. Friends in Oggiono bring us prosciutto and we select Gorgonzola from Valsassina.  A private producer just half an hour away transforms plums, peaches and pears into our jams and juices. Artisans produce delectable chocolates that close the evening menu.
